Thomas J. Glockengieser, 62, of Littlestown, died at his home Friday, May 10.
Born in Arkansas. He was husband of Pamela Kesby Glockengieser, to hwom he had been married 16 years.
He graduated from high school in St. Louis, MO, and was at Random House Corporation, Westminster Prior to this, he was a police officer in Washington, DC for 20-some years, retiring in 1976. Mr. Glockengieser was a member of Littlestown Fish and Game Association, the United States Trotting Association, and the Association of Retired Police Afficers of D.C.
Surviving in addition to his wife are one daughter, Jan Glockengieser of Sarasota, Fla.; one son, John Glockengieser of Sarasota, Fla.; one step-daughter, Caren Brock of Chesapeake Beach, MD.; ons step-grand-daughter; three brothers, Boyd Glockengieser of St. Louis, MO., Milton Glockengieser of St. Louis, MO, and William Glockengieser of Seabrook, Texas; and two sisters, Mildred Burke of St. Louis, MO., and Georgia Zollmann of Phoenix, Ariz.
Interment and services will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing.
